Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos or videos of the product and package via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

The product is returned without its original packaging and accessories.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery may require additional verification before dispatch.
